We liked the location to the airport. We didn’t like the building under construction.

Fine with the hotel. Have used in the past and will in future

People are understandably leaving for the airport at all hours of the night but it makes it so that the hallways are constantly noisy so you can not get a good sleep, no restaurant in the hotel, shower took forever to get warm, close to airport is only good thing

No restaurant.. under construction... nasty...tv control didnt work properly... expected sit down breakfast in restaurant, i stead bagels and muffins...way overpriced!!!

The property is under renovations and so the lobby and breakfast rooms are make-shift. The hotel is housing many long term tenants, which makes it seem more like an apartment building. Nothing close by, except a couple of suspect restaurants. Very disappointed room was not like the picture. I left a night early, even though I paid.

It’s was not what I was expecting at alllllllll the entire 5th floor smelled like smoke, the room felt old and uncomfortable the washroom was not very clean we did not shower there! and the lobby was a huge construction zone and as for “Free”breakfast don’t get your hopes up they are no eggs and bacon lol just basic breads and spreads and stale pastry’s this was a definite one star cringe experience I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Sorry not sorry.

This building is very old but is currently under renovation. The room we stayed in is mostly newly renovated (bathroom not so much). The renovations going on really took away from any aesthetic appeal and there is unplastered drywall/dust etc around. Breakfast was very disappointing — looks like it’s in an old conference room with old plastic tables full of food spills (no one wiping them down), disposable plates. There is a make-your-own waffle maker, and toast, bagels, and cereal. No fruit or yogurt. Overall not impressed, but hopefully it will improve once the renovations are completed.

While in quarantine

Hotel was ok but fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. & had to evacuate 8 floors down without any warning & waited outside for an hour until it was clear to return to the room with no explanation. Had to walk up 8 flights to get back to the room. The fire fighters told us that the hotel was not up to code. The hotel was being renovated. Next morning had to make a few trips to get our luggage & still elevators were not working but room key wouldn't work at 5 a.m. when we went up the 2nd time. One of us had to go back down again to get another key. Got very little sleep, no apologies or reimbursement of any sort. Also, we were supposed to be in quarantine but had to catch another flight to get home.

Great help !

With Covid 19 everywhere and my work days changing multiple times. The staff was truly AMAZING with all my changes.

There was construction in the lobby which as a first impression, I was worried about the room. What a surprise! It was clean, very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a while! Lots of pressure in the shower! Will definitely rebook when I’m back in Toronto!

Prompt pick up from the airport. Room is nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast could have more variety.

Hotel is undergoing renovation to the main entrance. Several large pot holes in driveway. Unfriendly front desk staff, makes you before checking you in. Room has old, scratched furniture. Will not go back.

Shuttle difficult to notice - Hotel under renovation and poor breakfast amenities - Strong weed smoke odor after I coming back to my room the second day even if I asked (and signed) for a non-smoking environment

Should be better when reno is complete. Breakfast is minimal if you have gluten issues.

Liked - Short term parking. Dialled - Renovations should have been mentioned when booking the room and a room discount applied for disruption or a discount on next stay.

4/10 – Mittelmäßig

When I booked the picture of the room looked great, unfortunately it has nothing in common with the room I got. The hotel was under construction and the noise level during breakfast was a little too loud to say the least. There seemed to be a seminar or meeting going on in a room that only had temporary plastic walls. That can’t be very productive considering the noise level.

Not happy.

It should have been posted that the hotel is under construction and no restaurant or bar.

The room was fine but the lobby restaurant pool was under construction. No place at all to seat. The room was ok. Shuttle service was good and continental breakfast was ok. No hot food.
