Very nice hotel that I will likely return to, but parking is a problem! Curious Toast across the street is fabulous!!!

I was hesitant to stay here again because the staff was so rude last time but I booked the room for my daughter’s 21 birthday because of the convenient location and I’m glad I did! She shared that staff was friendly and helpful this time! So glad to hear it!

The ARRIVE property in Albuquerque is just about everything you'd want from a hotel stay--modern, super clean and well-maintained rooms, charming and professional staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, great location (HIGHLY recommend the Saturday morning Farmers Market across the street), and well-priced. Have stayed there twice, and we will definitely be back again soon.

We liked that room was unique and had a retro vibe. We didn’t like that the fridge was full of items that were for sale. We needed a fridge to store our own cold items. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the park and the traffic was very loud all night that kept us awake. It was almost like a local cruise zone. Loud cars and motorcycles all night long. When we checked in very early in the day, we were told that the hotel was not busy so it would’ve been nice to have been given another room on the back side of the hotel or least been given the option. The staff was responsive and offered to move us, however, it was past midnight and it would’ve been more of a hassle. Now I understand why they provide earplugs in the room. There isn’t much parking available near the hotel unless you want to pay for valet parking, which is $25. The public parking that is available is metered parking and there are only about 10 spots across the street. We were fortunate to get a spot but didn’t want to move and take a chance that we would lose our space. The staff did recommend a great restaurant within one mile walking distance from the hotel, Cocina Azul. A must try if you’re in the area.

Room was amazing very spacious and pool was clean with enough room for lots of families! I will say to put if you are bringing children because the fridge was fully stocked with specialty drinks(iykyk) and not much space for anything else. Only thing I would recommend is brining your own shampoo and conditioner the salt and stone brand provided if not good for textured hair; I unfortunately forgot my toiletries and had to use those products and now my hair is frizzy and had immediate breakage. I would stay at Arrive again!

Whenever we stay at Arrive, I get the best sleep of my life. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the linens are crisp. It’s magical. I wish I could recreate it at home. I like the rooms facing the park. It’s beautiful to look at and the Saturday Growers Market is not to be missed.

This property is the ideal stay. With a very high performing staff. One night isn’t enough; stay for a few to enjoy all Arrive has to offer!

It was a good hotel, however they try to charge everything and at a high rate. It starts with the parking, only valet parking is possible or metered on the street. The valet parking is usd25, but there is also a service fee of usd1.29 and of course tax. Only a minibar in the room with very high prices for i.e. water. It made us feel like a walking creditcard instead of a valued guest

Plan to use valet and or park at a meter across the street which is free after 6 pm on Saturday and on Sundays. Didn't try restaurant, staff was pleasant and nice. Older retro revibed small rooms, but clean and bed was very nice. Noisey due to outdoor entry, close to everything and seemed like a fun pool party was always in the works with laughter and seemed like a cool place for young adults to play.

There was a fire evacuation at 5:00am. At least 20 kids playing football in pool. We could not go in the pool and swim. Cannonballs, yelling, throwing football. The arrive in Palms Spring has adult only. I unfortunately assumed that this was same at this Arrive. Your staff was wonderful on Every level. So helpful, thoughtful and efficient.

2/10 Poor

This was a horrible hotel to stay at. The only parking is valet at $25, which is not clearly listed on the website. The hotel is loud. They charge an incidentals fee that is not removed upon check out. Plus, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during our stay. Never stay at the this hotel. They are shady, and definitely fit the metaphor of lipstick on a pig.

The Arrive was the last hotel on a months long road trip that had seen us stay at many contrasting hotels. Staying at an iconic Route 66 hotel that had been revamped sympathetically to keep all of its character whilst upgrading its facilities was everything we hoped for. From the moment we drove down Route 66 and past the sign we knew we had picked right. The location is superb with restaurants and brunch spots in a few 100 meters. The walk to old town was a 25 minute stroll which is always welcome after a long drive. There is a patio area for sitting out by the pool that we took advantage of. I would like to give a shout out to the staff as well, we had a leak in our bathroom which we didn’t notice until the next morning. On being informed maintenance turned up promptly, assessed the situation and asked if it would be ok to move us. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience (there really wasn’t any at all but thanks) and the matter was resolved efficiently and with no impact on our stay. Thank you to the staff. If you are looking for a hotel with character with all of the facilities you like then this is the hotel for you.
