Stay was nice, however the billing was incorrect. Unfortunately, I'm still working on resolving it. I called the hotel 4 separate times today...pressing '0' for the operator a couple times (no answers) and other times pressing '3' for the front office manager. Again, no answer. I also contacted Hotels.com to see if they could get an answer. They could not get through to the property either. So unfortunately, while the stay at the property was fine, it has now taken me quite a bit of time and effort to resolve a billing issue. As a long-time Marriott-loyal customer, this is highly disappointing.
