Roaches Bed not comfortable and damaged underneath Noise level high People wandering outside a lot and just hanging in their cars. A bit low end. Charged 1.99 for new towels Toilet backed up a few times Lots of night people all night long. Won't ever stay again Sketchy big time

Excellent location with great staff
Been a very pleasant stay so far and have more nights to go. Will at the front desk is extremely helpful and has no problem helping to explain things. Staff has been all friendly and caring. Would definitely stay again and have no issues recommending this location to others.

The toilet clogged and the only option I had was to go to office and get a used plunger to plunge it myself.
An ant climbed on me in the bed, and a roach woke me up at 4 AM and I checked out within a half hour and there was nobody there to check me out.

I made my reservation online and I specifically requested the Temple Terrace eastern building, because it advertised free breakfast, Upon arrival, I was told my assignment was in the western building, where amenities are fewer.
In that building I encountered only one staff during my stay. While she was helpful, she couldn't manage the entire property. For example, someone had vomited directly in front of the main entrance. People had to walk around it for hours. It was finally cleaned up in the middle of the night.
Fortunately the room was within easy walking distance of a Bob Evans restaurant.
At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

The photos do not look like the actual hotel. I don’t know where these photos came from maybe their stock photos from an actual beautiful hotel. This hotel is rundown, dirty, and has roaches.
