The room was filthy there was literally bugs everywhere, shower, sink, bed, next to the tv. Cheapest option around in a decent neighborhood but the room was filthy and honestly i feel like i should be refunded.

Severely disappointing. I cant believe they have a certificate of occupancy. Black mold, all the furniture was damaged, bandaids holding the t.v. remote together, water damage everywhere, peeling paint, rusty appliances, room not cleaned in ages, mildew on table. Employees couldnt get off phone to help, phone glued to ear in every interaction.

The tv, was missing from room. Staff said they was bring us a tv set. It never came, they told me twice. Heater blew cold air got me sick. Room was dirty, stuck on the 3rd floor two seniors. Never never again.

Room needs work. Outside looks nice but the rooms were a disappointment. No hair dryers in rooms, television was in bad shape and for a non smoking room smelled bad from someone before us. Probably won’t stay there again. Sorry

Hi we had a natural disaster in nashville tn for the days i spent at Extended Stay, that was the reason I was there.. They price gauged by more than 3Xs the normal rate, COCKROACHES everywhere, I had to throw away my whole travel bag of clothes i had because i dont want bugs in my home.. The owners were extremely rude, and again PRICE GAUGE while their own community went without power for almost 2wks so far, Yes its in Brentwood so i thought it would be nicer than most but no..COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE...
