Room was very nice but shampoo bottle in shower was empty and I was already in the shower so too late to let front desk know. I told staff when we checked out (only had a 1 night stay). Did not like being charged $10 for parking our car on hotel lot (if I had known this prior, I might have chosen different hotel). The room was quite nice though and all staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety of options and the set up was very well done.

The coziness of the outdoor sitting area with the fire going provide a sense of hominess. We felt comfortable and confident in our hotel selection. The front desk personnel was efficient, knowledgeable, most of all patient and friendly. I had an early flight; my friend shared that the morning personnel was nice and how pleased they were with the breakfast selections.
