Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Excellent soundproofing against busy street outside when windows were closed at night. Will definitely be one of the choices for Hamburg hotels again.

The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

The hotel is looking nice from the outside, but is "refurbished" and still old inside...Old floor carpet, terrible elevator etc. How can you make a wardrope in steel looking like a container, which makes a hell of a noise to open and close... They empty the garbage container at 5am in front of our room, how nice is this...
We have tried a lot of hotels in Hamburg, but this is the wurst experience we ever had

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...

God service og venligt personale, dog overset at vi havde anmodet om en babyseng men kom straks op med denne da det blev påpeget. Børnene fik chokolade ifbm skt Nikolaus dag, men ellers manglede der lidt julestemning. Værelserne er små, og indretningen med skibscontainerdøre er bare irriterende og larmer en del - især med børn. Bruseniche meget plastik-agtig. Hotellet ligger godt mhp at gå til centrum men ligger op ad en stor vej som larmer noget (nok svært at undgå i Hamburg) og så larmer elevatoren også meget og kan høres på værelset på trods af værelset lå afsides af denne

Bemerkenswert freundliches Personal, Zimmer mit weiterer Tür vom Flur zum Schlafzimmer getrennt - dadurch keine Geräusche vom Gang im Bett zu hören. Parken kostspielig, aber das Parkhaus ist top und sehr sauber.

Frühstück war wie schon oft hier erwähnt super, dass das Hotel der Umwelt zu Liebe Wäsche sparen will, ist noch besser. Wenn man sieht wie sie Energie verschwenden, geht's dabei wohl eher um Personal sparen.

Et rigtigt Mercure hotel
Rent og pænt hotel. Gode senge, god udsigt, roligt og dejligt område og fine parkeringsforhold. Alt er i gå afstand. Morgenmaden var rigtig god men savnede dog lidt kage og nutella. Et ægte Mercure hotel, på den måde at alting var i orden.
