Room was clean but the Ceiling Fan looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom taps and mirror were dirty. They looked like the cleaner missed cleaning them from the previous guests. Park was on their lawn.

It was difficult to get in the building and there were WAY too many rules to read fromt he host before we got in. The room was decent but the AC was broken and there were not enough towels. The decor was pretty cheap looking. We were confused since we assumed this was a hotel, but it’s actually more like an AirB&B. There is a small shared kitchen. You have to pay if you want to use their food to make breakfast, but if you bring your own food in, you can heat it up and keep it in the fridge while you are there. Overall, not a bad place to go if you just need to crash for the night, but I think there are just some small things that could be fixed to make this place better.

Worst room I’ve ever booked in my life, extremely dirty, advertised as “sleeps 3” but only one bed and a bench seat, very hot inside. Left as soon as we walked in and went else where,

Although the communication with the property owner before our arrival was thorough and detailed, the property itself was not as we had expected. The pictures online didn't realistically convey the actual condition of the place. The bathroom had mold on one of the boards visible under the sink, and the bathmat was full of mold. Also the window curtains had only sheers, which could be seen through at night time when the bedroom lights were on. Lastly, the air conditioning didn't work.

Based on the reviews we were nervous heading into our stay at Lily’s Garden. We found our rooms and were delighted to see they were charming and had a very homey feel. We met the owner and she was very friendly and happy to talk to us about the property and if we needed anything she was happy to help. The property was clean and smelled quite nice. We had plenty of room for parking as well. One issue we had was that our room had no tv, our friend had a tv but seeing as she was downstairs and we were upstairs and closer to the owner we understand not having one because it may be noisy. Overall a very good time and we would stay again!

I stayed here with a buddy of mine on a golf trip. We just used the room as a place to sleep and didnt spend much time there. The room we had was small but it was clean and adequate. There is a breakfast which you can pay $6/person for. It is pretty limited what is offered but i guess reasonable for that price. I want to give a shout out to Tina who was super helpful with the questions I had. She was always quick to respond and she genuinely wants to make sure the guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. She gave us a tour of the property and the kitchen area for breakfast. Super friendly and the owner is lucky to have her on staff. Overall I would recommend this place for a quiet, clean place to stay with free parking. Enjoy!

The parking situation is horrible. The shower and tub handles were broken and very little water pressure. The room was very small. The owners spoke bad english so communication was limited. The bed frames were loose causing a lot of noise. The neighbors to the rental unit are loud and rude.

So you get what you pay for and this was an inexpensive place to stay in Charlottetown. Our room was fine with a private bath and everything was very clean. The woman caretaker on site was pleasant and friendly. BUT do not expect more— it claims to be a B&B but is really less professional and more like a mediocre Airbnb experience. The parking is limited and restricted and kind of a pain. The house— because it’s just a house in a residential neighborhood converted into rooms— is soulless with threadbare furniture and empty frames on the walls. And don’t bother with the breakfast add-on. Communication was partly Chinese. This appears to be one of a growing number of houses bought by a Chinese investment company and run through a centralized booking email with assigned caretakers at the property.

My stay there was wonderful easy and clean I met Tina she was very helpful, supportive clean and friendly the entire place felt safe and homely I highly recommend a stay there , will be going back shortly ♥️💕💕
