We got a really good deal for 3 nights. We were able to day trip to a beach and to Providence conveniently during our stay. The room had what we needed and the breakfast included was good. However.... there were noticeable wet and moldy spots on the ceilings in the hallway on our floor (4th). And then we parked in the back and realized the 1st floor back entrance was convenient. THEN we realized this door is ALWAYS left unlocked and anyone entering through it can reach ALL THE FLOORS WITHOUT EVER BEING NOTICED BY ANY STAFF. This is dangerous for those staying at the hotel. AND the moldy wet ceiling problem was even more prevelant on this floor. It also smelled like mildew. Strange things happen here! Such as vacuuming the halls late at night, leaving rooms open for the entire day and night to "air out" , and hearing people leaving and entering rooms all night long. Take this info into account before deciding on your stay.

There were some stains on the floor and bedding, and signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling. There were also strong smells in the lobby and hallway, and the key cards malfunctioned a few times. The location is pretty decent, there's a bus stop very close by that goes directly to the center of Providence.

Easy check-in friendly staff the bed was very comfortable and the pillows. It was very clean. I like that we had a shuttle for 4 AM shuttle driver was there early. I was surprised to see they had coffee that early. That was a plus for me. Because breakfast is at 6 AM. We left the car there for $30 for the whole week. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My husband used the exercise room and pool and enjoyed both areas. The buffet breakfast has many options including make your own waffles. My only complaint is that I wish there was a juice option other than orange juice. It’s a pet friendly hotel which enabled us to travel with our cat. We would stay at this hotel again.
