Two nights weekend stay for the two of us. Quiet surroundings not even an airplane sound.
Good continental breakfast with a variety. Staff is pleasant whenever you might met one. Rooms are self contained studio not the conventional types most are used to but very private. Will recommend.

The room itself isn't too bad. It shows signs of wear and tear but everything worked. The grounds were nice and the morning breakfast typical. What wasn't so great is that it is a also home to low income residents living there full time. As a single woman in my 70's I felt uncomfortable with some of the folks I met walking my dog.

I stayed for a week under multiple reservations. I unfortunately received bites on my leg the final day, or the day before my final day. I reached out to the front desk about the matter, and was told management would be in Monday. When hotels.com reached out to management, they stated I did not reach out in a suitable timeframe, when I in fact did. This was unfortunate, as I had stayed with this hotel more than any other. I will not be going back. I was simply looking for an apology, and possible a partial refund, but could not receive either.

Stains on sofa, old carpet, cigarette butts all over the outside stairway, asked for clean towels after 2 days and never received them. No housekeeping at all over the 4 day stay yet they had a housekeeping tip envelope in the room. The only positive was the nice lady Maria who worked the breakfast area.

The pool was closed with no warning , my kid was sad to not swim
The room was absolutely disgusting, smelled and everything broken.
Also had a strang young guy banging down our door at 9am and claimed to be maintenance and was using a screw driver to break in, confronted and took off in a black suv. We left that morning and didn’t return.

Booked this room for one night and wish I had slept in my car. Immediately upon entering the room, the smell of burnt weed immediately hit me. It was as if that room had been habitually smoked in for months. I'm no stranger to the smell, and I normally have no problem with it, but this was over the top. Heat wasn't on, room was 53 degrees when we got there. Skip this joint, will be asking for at least a partial refund.

Needs maintenance. They have a pool listed but they do not have one. Our room was not up to par. Dirty bed sheets, dirty bed frame, dirty hand prints on walls. Boogers on lamp next to the bed. The smell of the other people smoking was in our room and I have a severe asthmatic child. They said they had no other rooms available. We checked out early after night one and have been given the run around regarding a refund for unused nights. Would not return or recommend

I was pretty disappointed with my stay at the Sonesta. The first room they put us in had a toilet that didn’t flush and even had broken glass on the floor. They moved us to another room, but the issues continued — the water took almost 10 minutes to heat up and the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall.
We only stayed for one night and it wasn’t an expensive booking, so you get what you pay for, but I still expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. The one positive was that the beds were actually very comfortable. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

Compared to my last stay at the same location, this one was less comfortable. The previous room was a studio queen on the 2nd floor. It was clean, quiet and enjoyable. The only problem was the phone did not work , when I notified the desk they did not move me, though I thought it a valid safety concern. The most recent stay was also in a clean and well kept studio Queen, unfortunately, there was much noise and commotion in the room above us. This would have been totally acceptable, had it not turned into a loud argument which left me feeling unsafe. Thankfully, the police came and the issue was resolved.

Hold your team accountable to ensure they are making rounds on the property for safety and answer the phone at night. 2 nights straight I would call multiple times and no one would answer. I go to the desk and they had an attitude and rude remarks. They had a loud part the next day that was insanely out of hand and they didn’t care nor did they do anything.They gave us a dirty room… upgrade your rooms and ensure they are clean. It should smell good and look good. It seems cheaply fixed and each rooms smells like smoke or body Oder. SHAME. Never again. Do better.
