There was no parking available even though they offer one free space per room. I went to all 3 lots, and they were all full. When I called the front desk, they made me wait for a security person to come and make sure there were in fact no spaces available. Then they told me to park in front of the hotel. This ordeal lasted one and a half hours! The worst part is that the following day I get a call from the front desk at 9:53pm telling me if I don't move my car to the farthest lot, then it will be towed!!!! Keep in mind that I was told me to park there!!! How do they think it is appropriate to call a guest in their room, then on their cell phone at 9:53pm??? I could have been sleeping and Jay (the front desk person) even threatened to have the car towed it my car wasn't moved from the space where I was told to park in the first place. I am incredibly upset about this situation. I was not in the wrong. The hotel failed to provide me with a parking space, told me to park in a spot then threatened to tow my car! This is not customer service!!!!
