The building exudes a sense of history, yet the interior is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and perfectly fine. The city-view room offered a panoramic view of Almaty, which was excellent. The bathroom was clean, the shower had hot water, and there were no issues whatsoever. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Since my stay was very short this time, I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel a little more. If I ever go back, I would definitely stay here again.

Don't stay here. Appalling customer service. Constant building work and zero customer service. Pneumatic drills right above and next to our room. No apology, no attempt to rectify. Awful. Just awful. Do not stay here.

Pretty underwhelming stay. Staff is generally indifferent. Not the friendliest place. Request to address issues like broken hair dryer were taken but then simply ignored. Kämmen um 12 Uhr, um 14 Uhr Zimmer war immer noch nicht fertig. Mit etwas Druck haben wir eine Zimmer bekommen. Um 16 Uhr dann umgezogen in gebuchten zwei Zimmer Apartment. Speisesaal ist nicht Behinderten geeignet , Treppe keine Aufzug!
