Dissatisfied

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

Me comentaron que no habia disponibilidad aunque habia reservado desde 4 dias antes y tenia confirmación de reserva. Pues se deslindaron de eso diciendome que no usaban Hoteles.com y que podrian mandarme a otro hotel (mas caro) en su lugar. Que la aplicación no actualiza su estado etc pero si que siguen aqui registrados. Fue muy mal momento porque llegué de noche y tuve que buscar otra alternativa. NO RESERVEN AQUÍ.

Me gustó la ubicación a una calle de la plaza central. Y el personal muy amable. Lo que no me gustó fue que el baño no estaba muy limpio y las almohadas incómodas, las sábanas muy pequeñas par el tamaño del colchón.

Bien, pero requiere abanicos

El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro histórico, pero la zona es algo ruidosa. La puerta del balcón tiene vidrio doble, lo que amortigua bastante el ruido. Sin embargo, la falta de abanico o minisplit forza a mantener la puerta abierta para ventilar, causando que el ruido se filtra a la habitación. En lo demás muy bien.
