Best place we've stay at in Hoi An.

This place was amazing. All members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the Old Town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool was so nice and relaxing.

The Pool proven a greatchill out space many days when the humidity climbedin the morning. The staff were amazing. The location with 5 fantastic restaurants nearby saved walking far. Used the bikes toscoot over to Cua Dae beach several times without incident. I said I would go back and I mean it.

Great location

The first room we were in was terrible, dirty and the beds were so worn out they were sagging in the middle. The hotel moved us because we complained. The second room was in a newer building and it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard fair but was good.

Such a peaceful and beautifully scenic place to stay. The property is lovely even though there was construction out the front. We had booked a room that backed the construction and the manager contacted us before our stay to noyify us of this and welcomed us upon our arrival saying if the noise or room didnt suit then they would happily move us. Which we did choose to move and were put into a beautiful family large suite and were very happy with our stay. The pool was gorgeous and cooling as it had good shade. The breakfast was small however plenty of options! We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back

Great place, 10 min walk from Hoi An center

Large rooms, nice balcony, nice pool, super friendly staff, good breakfast and great service. They made us breakfast to go when we left super early to the airport. They offered cheap private airport transport. The only negative we could say were the condition and cleaning of the bathtub, it looked dirty and the drainage didn't work properly and was very slow, which was unfortunate, because the shower also was in the bathtub. But overall, we would highly recommend this hotel!

One night stay feedback

Paid $49.50 AUD for 1 night. The exterior is aesthetic and the staff were nice. It is only a short walk over to the Hoi An Impression theme park. Free breakfast was nice with a small but decent range of variety such as cereal, hot meals, bread, fruit, and they’ll cook eggs according to personal preference. Most of the villas just have stairs and there was a below average design of the bathroom where the water from the shower just seeps through half the bathroom. Not sure if that’s the same with other rooms.

Sewer smell in bathroom, it can make you sick

We stayed in the suite room with balcony. The room was nice the first night, it was covered with lemongrass oil when we arrived. The second day I began to understand why it was covered with lemongrass, because the bathroom smells like sewage. I told the reception and they said they will solve the problem by burning more lemongrass oil. I’m so disappointed by their answer and of cuz it didn’t solve the problem, the bathroom smells like a mixture of sewage and lemongrass, worst! I was going to extend my staying but I’m glad I didn’t. The pool is not well maintained, I won’t put my head in the water, the breakfast is hopeless.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hoi An Emotion Villa. The property is well kept with very friendly, helpful staff. My room was huge, and the AC worked well. The king bed was comfy. The pool is a good size with an adequate number of deck chairs around it. There is a good number of families staying here, so expect a handful of young kids in the pool at most times. The breakfast is good, although a bit limited. Eggs made to order, bread, a selection of hot foods including sausage, bacon, a noodle dish, at least one stir fried dish and watermelon, bananas, and pineapple. The gym was a bit disappointing. It has the necessary equipment for a basic workout. There are no fans, water or towels available in the gym though, which makes it very difficult to use in the heat and humidity of Hoi An. One thing I thought was great that the cleaning staff would leave a basket with clean towels and additional water if you didn't want your room serviced. I find this very useful as I don't need my room cleaned every day, but I was going through all of my water every day.

Klein paradijsje in Hoi An. Perfecte ligging, mooie tuin met verzorgd zwembad. We zijn.op doorreis in Vietnam en vonden de vriendlijkheid en bereikbaarheid van het personeel ondermaats. Heel jammer want het is voor de rest een zeer fijne plek om te verblijven.

The room is very spacious. The staff was super nice and helpful. The property is only average. The “ gym” is really just a tiny room with one treadmill, a few weights and no air conditioning. The breakfast is extremely basic with limited options. The place has a lit of potentials and the most outstanding features are the staff and the location. The pool is nice and the bikes are complimentary

NIce little Oasis!

Beautiful setting around the hotel grounds. Very spacious room. Location is excellent as directly across from the bridge to the Memories show and numerous restaurants. A nice walk along the river to old town, about 20 minutes.Will stay again next year but for a longer time.

Beautiful property gardens are really something. Rooms are huge with a nice balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great just far enough away from the downtown to be peaceful but close enough to walk there. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and easy to walk to the center of the action without staying directly in it. The riverwalk across the street was a peaceful walk to the night market and old town. The pool was a nice place to relax, and the bikes were a bonus to use. Ww would stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice place, but can be a little noisy. There is a sports court behind and a very loud karaoke bar somewhere close by that plays at a horrendous volume. Fortunately they do seem to stop fairly early so it doesn’t go on all night
