I writre in Englidh so you may forward this to the Hotel manager:
there were 3 men at receptionn during my stay in the Hotel. one Black-europian (he was very nice), one with Arabic background (was very nice person) and a third white man with strong french accent (this complain is about this third person):
This person at the reception start argueing with us really badly in a negative way upon arriving. I was surprised. He could speak English but mostly missunderstanding anyway. that was really bad and frustrating, particularely after 8 hours driving from Munich to Geneva and the traffic of the Geneva that we had to pass.
He did not inform us well about the location of the deep garage of the Hotel, we parked it in the -2 floor and had to pay high fine-tickets.
I went back to him 2 days later, very nicely just to explain and socialize with him, and let him know to stop this happening for other people. Again he replied very histeric and negatively. I tried to explain him that there is no problem anymore and we gonna pay the parkingticket and we do not belame him...he did not understand it well in english. His bad Englisdh and histeric mude will cause the guests at this Hotel suffering !!!
