We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The property itself was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The pools were spotless, and we enjoyed spending time by the water. The food was good overall—definitely a few standout dishes—but the majority of our meals were satisfying.
One thing that became a bit annoying, though, was the process of signing a receipt after each meal or service. It's not that we minded signing; rather, it was the slow pace at which the receipts were provided. It often felt like a small inconvenience, especially after meals, and it did add an unnecessary delay.
On a more positive note, we had an incident at the beach (unrelated to the hotel) but were impressed with the staff's quick response. They provided medical support right away and were very helpful in arranging a wheelchair for the remainder of our stay, which was greatly appreciated.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while this did create some noise during the day, it wasn't disruptive at night or near the lower pool and beach areas. It wasn’t ideal on the first day, but it didn’t affect the overall experience too much.
We also had a chance to visit the newly opened sports bar, and it was a nice addition to the property. The atmosphere was great, and it was a good spot to relax in the evenings.
