Had to leave before the holiday even started.
The 10 min between check in and first sight of the appartment where enough to rebook our holiday. The staff was helpful after all, offering altenativ flats (no upgrade of course since we had a small dog with us, and they are not allowes in the next class appartments) . The problem was the standard flat itself.
Dark, the very basic furniture was old and shabby, worn through, the flats are so close together with thin walls and no view other than the next flat, and though 4 people (i.e a family) can theoretical sleep in one appartment, ther just isn't enough space left.
It's not clear from the web page or in the offer on travel sites like expedia, that you can't have the nice looking luxuries flats , when you come with a dog . All pages just state, that dogs are allowed.
