Needs a lot of work to call themselves 5*
Room + bathroom condition was good
Breakfast service is not at all on par for a 5* hotel that is charging Rs 10,000 + per night! The staff run round you like laser beams to take your food orders but it's not guaranteed that you will receive it in good time. Waited 20 mins for my food order at around 8.30am when the dining area was pretty empty, it still wasn't ready and I had to cancel the order as I had to catch my taxi. I asked for it not to be delivered to my room and 5 mins later, the waiter still brings it too my room! So they don't pay attention to small details. Additionally, if you want a decent Omelette or Masala Dhosa, then it is best that you observe the chef making your order otherwise they will be stingy with the toppings.
With the price per night being charged they could consider hiring more chefs for the breakfast service.
To all the breakfast dining staff and Chefs, I recommend going to other equivalent 5* hotels in the city , eating breakfast in the hotel and emulate their customer service.
