I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins for a work trip. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and spoke to the front desk attendant, who said I could get a refund by contacting hotels.com.
However, since then their manager has dodged all of Hotels.com’s attempts to get approval for a refund.
Outside of this, the hotel is unclean, the bed squeaks and buckles, the bathrooms are in poor condition. I would encourage you to look anywhere but here.
