We stayed for a night after a long drive from Oita. The hot bath “spa”which is outdoor was great. Cleanliness was also commendable but the parking was a pay parking. Its location is very convenient since it near convenience stores and restaurants.

We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room.

Overall, it was a good stay. Room was fairly clean, but some furnitures were a bit dusty. The view from the balcony was simply amazing and the laundromat was easy to find, convenient and not pricey. 鹿児島に仕事で一泊しました。当日予約したのですが、一泊の料金が5000円以下。驚きの安さでした。心配して到着しましたが、びっくりするくらい値段に反して綺麗でした。値段が値段なので、部屋に飲み物の備え付けが無いとか、サービスはありませんが、宿泊だけの目的であれば十分快適でした。気になったのは、部屋が少しジメジメしていたこと。海沿いのホテルなのででしょうか？ エアコンを入れても、シーツなど、少しだけジメジメした感じはありました。

ビジネス、プライベート共に利用しています。 桜島が望める素晴らしい景観と、屋外温泉付きプールはお気に入りです。 また、市内より若干郊外の立地の為コストパフォーマンスが非常に良いのも魅力の一つです。 アクセスは車のある方であれば問題無いでしょう。

フロントの女性の態度がすごく高圧的で不親切。部屋は暗く、電球が切れてるし、天井の照明全て何年前から掃除してないんだろうと思うほどのほこりだらけ。浴室も古いからか、赤カビ黒カビもあり不衛生。空調の効きが部屋、全館全て節約してるのか暑いと感じた。
