There is also balcony access offering breath-taking sea views. On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds) both with en suite bathrooms.
Living Room The air-conditioned Living Room has: fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are sea views from the living room.
Kitchen The air-conditioned kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
