Convenient for me, as have family nearby, but probs if not would stay closer to centre. However, the metro is right outside hotel, which is very good we used a lot and there are few nice coffee shops very close, which are good for breakfast. Overall, I like the location, its vibrant and transport good from here.

This is a very nice hotel just one metro stop from Chamartín train station. Metro station Plaza de Castilla is a few steps from the hotel, which is very convenient to get around Madrid. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Not trustworthy - stay away.

Basic standard and the service is not good at all. Noisy outside at night. They forgot to arrange with taxi to the airport and we had to urge them several times to arrange with a driver to arrive. Aiming to be four star they fail massively.

Good location, and rooms are clean and functional. The room was too warm, and the ac didn't seem to cool it. throughout our stay only 1 lift that holds 4-5 people with cases was working, which is not great for a 10 floor hotel.

Air con not working for days. Only one elevator working, so very long waits to get up/down. Maintenance on elevator created very loud noise, without any warning. Very hard bed, so poor sleep for four days. Tiny bathroom.

We had 2 rooms and never received the free Cava bottle that were supposed to be in each room upon our check in. There were nothing special about the hotel. Next time we visit Madrid, we will definitely book something closer to the city center..close to Puerta del Sol.

We arrived at the hotel about 10 am, exhausted from a flight from the United States. We were immediately given our room, no reminding us that check in is at 2:00 pm, as it admittedly is. We were ready to pay extra for early check in because we were so tired but it never got to that point. SO GRATEFUL! Also, I forgot to print our train tickets before we left home. I was able to print them at the hotel at no charge. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Loved everything about this place. ❤️

Beautiful Suite, but No Heating in Cold Weather We booked a romantic room with champagne and chocolates and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite — it was spacious, elegant, and very nice. Unfortunately, the stay was uncomfortable because the rooms had no heating, and we were told that, by hotel policy, the heat would not be turned on until next week. It was very cold at night, which really affected the experience. It’s a pity, because everything else — the staff, the room, and the atmosphere — was great. But without proper heating, it’s hard to recommend staying here during cold weather.

Hotel Exe Plaza, overall was good, room very clean and the building itself it is in good condition, staff was very friendly and did make us feel welcome. The location it is excellent because sub station and bus station are very close to the hotel making it easy to commute and close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Highly recommended.
