We booked this hotel with certain expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant.
First, we were told that cribs would be provided, but upon arrival, we were informed that there were none available. After contacting Expedia, they were able to find a âspareâ crib, but it was an inconvenience that shouldnât have happened in the first place.
The parking situation was even worse. There was no available parking when we arrived, as multiple guests had taken up several spots. A truck with a boat occupied 9 spots, and a minivan with a trailer took 5. Despite the hotel being fully booked for the weekend, they allowed these guests to take up 16 spots between them. My husband had to stay in the car until 5:30 a.m. when someone finally left. The front desk staff was unhelpful, and when we asked for a solution, they simply suggested parking in illegal spotsâthough there were signs everywhere warning us to park at our own risk.
Once we finally made it to our room, the situation didnât improve. The shower was filthy, with hair left behind from previous guests. To make matters worse, two of the pillows smelled as though they hadnât been washed before our arrival.
Overall, our stay was frustrating, and we wonât be returning to this hotel in the future. There were too many issues that could have easily been avoided with better communication, management, and cleanliness.
