"Lovely hotel in pretty setting. Comfortable room. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told there was no availability for a table for dinner that evening and they had tried to call me (unsuccessfully probably as I have a US phone number) but “Rob” booked us into a great casual bistro a few minutes walk away. "This is a very good hotel with friendly staff. It is right off the main highway but well-insulated. The rooms are fairly large and well-equipped."

"We have stayed here 3 times. It is very convenient to the Gare. Also walking distance from centreville and the nearby park and art museum. The bus routiere is right here, as well, along with some nice restaurants of varying price ranges."

"The hotel was conveniently situated to walk to the town centre. It was quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom and comfortable bed. There are a few things that could be improved, either bottled water in the mini fridge or a jug to put water in, a socket near the mirror to use own hairdryer etc and also more bath towels. We only had one between two, we only realised after dinner and the staff had gone home. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay again."

"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this new hotel. We spent 1 night with 2 young kids. The hotel is beautiful and the lush garden was a paradise for our kids. The room was big and the beds comfy. The pool was also very appreciated. It can however sometimes feel packed depending on the time of the day. The diner and brunch at the Zelie restaurant were delicious. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was also very friendly. We will plan to come back! "
