Request for Refund Due to Unsatisfactory Stay
Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Caesars Republic from May 14th to May 16th, intended to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, prompting me to formally request a full refund for my stay.
From the very beginning, there were multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience:
Valet Service: Upon arrival, the valet attendant displayed an unprofessional attitude and made no effort to assist with my vehicle. I had to approach him directly to request help, as he did not take the initiative.
Hotel Appearance: Stepping into the hotel, I immediately noticed that the facility did not match the photos presented online. The difference in quality and upkeep was stark.
Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was consistently unreliable, disconnecting frequently despite being used on just one device.
Valet Retrieval Issues: When retrieving my car from valet, I received no assistance from the two attendants present, despite standing directly in front of them with my ticket and asking for help. I was told to wait, and after 20 minutes, I had to approach a different attendant to finally get assistance. Due to this inconvenience, I switched to self-parking for the remainder of my stay.
In-Room TV Issues: The TV remote in my room was not functioning. Although a replacement was sent promptly, the new remote also did not work. A
