The resort is 10 years old, and it shows. Previously, we stayed at Mandapa, which is also a decade old. In Bali, it seems that there’s little attention paid to the decor, which is unfortunate. Just some examples: the lights in the pool were held up with strings, the whole furniture is so old, even the tv couldn't be connected with internet. some lights were hanging to one side. The pool chairs were rusty, despite staying in the cliff villa, which is the most expensive option.
the food delivered to our room almost always arrived cold. You get a group chat for the butlers. overall, the experience doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel or a five-star establishment. quite disappointed!
