The hotel is NOT the Comfort Inn & Suites - Lindale. Hotels.com needs to update the hotel listings to reflect the correct locations. This location is Comfort Inn & Suites North Tyler and does not have a good reviews. I was expecting a completely different experience when I arrived and was quite disappointed when I read the reviews of the actual hotel I was staying at. The tile floors were cracked in the room entry, the bathroom sink was leaky underneath the counter, the cold water was scalding hot and the hot water did not flow at all, there was trash on the floor under the desk and something sticky spilled on the nightstand. The elevator was broken and 1st floor rooms were not available due to the ongoing renovation. This made it extremely difficult for my husband to get up the stairs to our 2nd floor room.
Hotels.com needs to fix the issue with the location listing. Had I been able to read the reviews of this actual location, instead of the other location that IS actually the Lindale hotel, I would NOT have booked this room. There are dozens of 1 and 2 star reviews on the Comfort Inn website with people who experienced the same type of issues I encountered.
