They didn’t have my reservation cause they thought I didn’t want it. I paid with American Express which was accepted via Expedia. They sent me a message saying they couldn’t do the charge (which I didn’t receive) but the problem is that they kept the reservation open and active, so I had no warning that my room was not kept. I arrived with the news I had no place to stay.
