The room was super clean, smelled fresh, cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. The free laundry room on the 13th floor was amazing to have when you’re on a long trip and need a fresh set of clothes.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, and we would especially like to express our appreciation to Grace, who provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay. Grace was always very attentive and made every effort to understand and address our needs. She was courteous, polite, patient, and genuinely caring in the way she assisted us. What impressed us most was her consistent level of service throughout our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, Grace was always approachable and willing to help, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference to our experience at Novotel. We really appreciate her dedication and the excellent service she provided to both my wife and me.
