Nice room recently renovated but bathroom has zero shelving so be prepared to leave your soap on the floor. Also parking is in a poorly lit lane way that local thieves are clearly aware of, if you have a ute (even with a locked canopy) allow time for a police report in the morning.

Room was very clean with just a few paint and grout marks and coffee grain spills left on the floor. Spacious, comfortable, good heating, private, well set up for self catering. Oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster plus pans and utensils. Tv and a number of seating options as well as table and chairs to sit and eat at. No outside seating. Great location. Close to Argent street and driving distance to supermarkets. Parking in the parking area in the laneway. Not secure though. Outside lights and touch pad access.

The unit was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was no soap or body wash. There was no place in the shower recess to place personal items. There was no place to hang clothes. (In the bathroom).The basin was so small that you couldn't fill the kettle or wash wine glasses. I didn't know that there were basins made so small! The seat of the toilet was designed for a much smaller size toilet. The room was nothing like the one in the photo. It may be suitable for a single person, but not for a couple.
