The service is just awful. There are not enough employees on the reception, so whenever you have even a minor question, you have to wait 15-20 minutes in a queu. Though we had booked all inclusive, the receptionist forgot to provide the special bracelets and we had to go to the reception and wait again to collect them. Noone except receptionists seems to speak or even to try to speak English. Whenever you ask something the response follows in Spanish. We had asked to provide a crib for the baby 1 week before we arrived, but it wasn't there when we arrived. It was only brought to the room after we complained 2 times. The employees tried to deny the access to the restaurant at lunch at 15:10, though it was open until 15:30. If you don't book all inclusive, you will be charged extra even for a bottle of water during lunch. I wonder if it's so difficult to charge a bit more and to include at least soft drinks into the lunch price. On the product shields no type of fish or meat is stated precisely, it just says "fish" or "meat", noone seems to care if maybe you don't eat certain type of meat or fish.
There was no tea kettle or even a glass in the room, just 4 small bottles of water and soft drinks. The rooms are being cleaned quite well and the interior is ok. What is definitely not ok are the elevators which are always either broken or full and seem to need a repair urgently. All together the hotel deserves 3 stars at best. We wouldn't come back again, that's for sure.
