Mixed experience overall.
The location is excellent, right in front of the sea with a beautiful view. The room was clean and well-equipped (AC, good Wi-Fi), and the manager was calm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
However, several issues are unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. Hot water lasts barely 10 minutes per shower before turning cold. The toilet seat was also broken, which shows a clear lack of maintenance.
The biggest problem is the lack of transparency. We booked “BlueStudio by Comfort Suite” via Expedia, but only discovered on arrival that it’s located about 500 meters away from the main hotel. This is not clearly stated, and Expedia only shows photos of the main hotel, which is misleading. There was no proper reception, and we had to search for staff in a restaurant.
Common areas (elevator, stairs) are dirty and outdated. Breakfast has no variety at all — only eggs and pancakes every single day.
There was also noticeable noise in the apartment, despite the listing advertising “soundproof rooms”, which was clearly not the case.
Overall, while not a total regret (thanks to a sea view upgrade), I was disappointed. I would not return and cannot recommend this place.
