The first apartment was infested with roaches and they swapped me to another one, which also has roaches. I think it is the whole building problem.
The customer service was good and responsive at first, but then it got worse closer to the end of the stay. They didn’t send housekeepers every day. It was about 3 days before the end of my stay, and I asked for housekeeping service. They said they would have sent one the next day. They didn’t. I reminded them and they said they would have come the day after. The housekeeper never came, and the same response until check out. I had to use the same towel, which they only provide 2 per room, for almost a week. For the price and the service provided, I would rather stay at a hotel.
