Excellent location in the heart of the city. Close to main shops bars and restaurants. Castle just 10min walk away. Didn’t tell you these apartments are in an OLD FOLKS HOME! Just a surprise!😂 Apartment spacious clean quiet well equipped. Central air con. Excellent secure plentiful underground car parking for €10 a night

Great value for the quality of room you get at this property. We run into two issues at the hotel but the manager (I believe his name was Yves) handled them very well and left us feeling grateful. He is a class act - thank you!

Didn't sleep at all.

I would have given a 4 / 5 star rating. Lovely room and dog was welcomed. However had to pay a further 30+ euros for underground parking, having a small dog and breakfast ( which had a lovely choice. Unfortunately I was awake all night as there was a constant terrible noise caused by faulty air conditioning unit. Complained to boss who sympathised and said would get it repaired. But no compensation offered

Un séjour au top 👍. Très bon accueil et service excellent. Appartement au centre de Saumur, très bien situé, propre, au calme, spacieux, literies très confortables, grand parking souterrain à disposition (10€/jour), espaces de loisirs partagés avec la résidence seniors. On garde l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il peut y avoir une possibilité payante de stationnement en parking privé sinon possibilité dans la rue avec 1h30 gratuite. Très bon accueil. Il y avait une panne sur la climatisation mais nous avons eu un dédommagement et de toute façon un ventilateur était proposé. Il n'y a rien à redire tout était parfait.

Emplacement idéal , tout proche du centre ville et de l’école de Cavalerie . Appart hôtel au sein d’une résidence Senior , un affichage serait le bienvenu car beaucoup de monde se demande s’ils sont au bon endroit. Logement nickel , climatisé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un sèche cheveux serait appréciable. Parking sous la résidence , parfait au tarif de 10€. Petit déj au tarif de 12€ qui n a pas répondu à nos attentes, beaucoup d’aliments étaient en rupture ( 8h45). Tarif élevé par rapport à ce qui était proposé. Les hôtesses d’accueil très sympathiques.
