UH Continental is genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel itself is stunning, and the location is absolutely perfect! The staff were wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Upon arrival, Stella was very welcoming and was able to help us with both an early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay so much more convenient. They were also very quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated after being out exploring in the Busan heat. Another great bonus was the free laundry service—such a thoughtful and convenient perk, especially for longer stays! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, amazing staff, and great amenities. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 5 and 7-year-olds and booked the kid playroom room. The room was generally clean, but take note that the beige carpet was covered in noticeable black stains, which was a bit of a downside. For sleeping arrangements, it comes with one double bed and a fun "house bed" suitable for one child. In terms of amenities, it is fairly basic—only shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothbrushes are provided (no shower cap, shaver, etc.), but we were very impressed that they changed our towels every single day. The highlights for our family were definitely the communal spaces. The kids absolutely loved the Wonder Lounge (it’s a great playroom, though geared slightly toward younger kids), and the adults thoroughly enjoyed winding down in the whisky room. We would still recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young kids!

Amazing place to stay! Super close to the food market and walking, literal walking distance from the beach. 711 was across the street as well. Multiple food places nearby and the hotel breakfast was yummy. I want to give a huge shout out to the staff! They were amazing and was always willing to help, they even helped us get food delivery. Room was spotless and in room spa was the best after walking around all day.

Exceptional Hotel Experience

Excellent location, few minute walk to Haeundae Beach and lots of restaurants/cafes/comvience stores near by. Not far from Mipo Station for Sky Calsule & Beach Train rides - 30ish min walk. Room was clean and very luxurious. The full size fridge and spa bath were very nice features. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will recommend to friends and hopefully visit again soon.

The UH Continental is truly a unique experience with amenities we have never experienced before. Each floor of the hotel has a different special room and each activity is included in the room price. Things like a whiskey bar, cooking classes and yoga make this a superb stay. The hotel is also very quiet and the beds are comfortable. What truly made our stay special though was the manager Hailey that checked us in. She was so kind and made us feel so welcome. Her thoughts and messages to us throughout our stay made our honeymoon in Busan great! We hope to return again one day and experience the same hospitality. The location and value is great too. Each room has unique decor with a great huge bath that you can relax in and drink your included highball delivered straight to your room! Even though this is currently a 3-star hotel it really feels like much more than that!

We chose this hotel as it was in close proximity to Haeundae Beach and had an option for 3 beds for our kids with a connecting room. Checkin was easy and staff provided information on the hotel’s amenities. This included complimentary inclusions such as breakfast, pilates classes, whiskey lounge (yes apparently complimentary whiskey - though we didn’t have the opportunity to appreciate this). There is also a common kitchen available which can be used to bring in takeaway food as well as a basic kids club for younger children. Breakfast was a Korean style set with a choice of eel, beef or abalone. Something definitely worth trying as it was tasty and beautifully presented. There are however numerous breakfast options available in the area if you need something more familiar. The decor is something very unique that I’ve never experienced before in a hotel. Maybe thats what the UH stands for - Unique Hotel 😁. Sometimes not practical but beautiful to look at with wood laminate to make IKEA proud. For example we had some hard cover books in our room that literally had no words in them! There was a kettle but no tea / coffee making facilities and we had to ask for some ceramic cups which were promptly delivered. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with a family wanting a close location to the beach. Thanks Team UH Continental for a pleasant stay at your hotel.

We loved staying here! The staff were very welcoming and we were even upgraded to a family suite. The room was very large, clean, with everything we could need including lots of space for luggage and belongings. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The bath was a highlight and so too was the beach view. The breakfast was large and very tasty. We would not hesitate to book again if we are back in Busan!
