Where to begin…
The most convoluted arrival process ever. I was initially told a white key card would be in a lock box, but wasn’t provided a lock box number nor code. Subsequently was provided the details. Once you’re parked, good luck finding your unit.
This is not a hotel; you’re essentially in a dorm house.
When residents want to get rid of their garbage, they just place it in the hallway, so the entire damn building reeks.
When we checked in, a fire alarm was beeping its low battery warning. We sent a message to Rove and were told that their office is closed between certain hours and directed us to their AI bot. Ha!
Our key for common areas, including the pool and gym did not work.
There were no sheets for the pull out bed. We notified the staff and were told that they would check into it. Never heard a word back.
Unit is simply aged, this may be on us given the price.
Simply just a mislabeled and poorly run complex. We ended up leaving early. We’re currently working with our credit card company to get a full refund. Stay the f away.
