We were locked out of my room. The front desk didnt know what to do. They put us into a different room for the night until the engineer came in the next day.
In the morning, I called the front desk to see if they had been able to access the room. Front desk was suppose to call me back with an answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk where she informed me the door was fine. A courtesy call back would've been nice.
I had my 7 year old with me, which made things more stressfulnot having access to our stuff. The situation would've been handled differently.
Other than this situation, the staff and hotel are great.
