Room was okay, comfortable as clean, on second floor (Road side), lift not working so it is fortunate that we are fairly healthy 70 year olds.
On arrival there were no available parking spaces in the car park (it was a fairly late arrival), but plenty of free and safe street parking.
Post Code on sat nav take you to a cul-de-sac residential area, about three minutes from the hotel - hotel is first building as you turn off the main road, not well signposted - had we arrived earlier in the evening we might have seen it.
Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, second morning we went to have breakfast in Paisley (better and cheaper).
