I love the property, well located and clean, with great staff. My only issue if the paper-thin walls... when you get a bad neighbor, it can be disconcerting to everything happening in the other rooms.

My husband and i had an outstanding stay at Le Concorde! The view from our room on the 26th floor was simply spectacular. The walkability factor to different areas in Quebec city and Old Quebec was great. The reception we received upon our arrival and departure was excellent. Having Le Cochon Dingue resto on the premises was also great. We had a memorable trip staying at Le Concorde!

Some amenities were not operational during stay
Overnight stay. Check-in was straight forward. One of the four elevators not working so the wait was longer. The hot tubs were not working when we were there.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel from the outside was very beautiful, the food in both restaurant was excellent especially le ciel which is on the top floor and a revolving restaurant to see the city. However the rooms needs upgrade, and better cleaning, he had hair in the tub, mold on the soap dish, and i open the closet door and couldnt close door again, off hinges, we ask to clean, and they made my made and left the other bed undone, and didnt clean anything else as the hair were still in the tub

Good spot
Wonderful hotel. Large and in good location. First room had a couple of issues (non-working mini fridge, heat not on, and bathroom maintenance needed) however; we spoke with the reception and were able to be moved. Elevator gets very busy during rush times so if you’re in a hurry to get down you may have to wait quite a bit.

Weekend Stay in Quebec City
Suitable for our weekend visit! Location was good for us, about a mile from Old Quebec but doable. Hotel is clearly on the older side, there was some wear and tear in the room (headboards and bathroom vanity were a little scuffed up). I think the biggest issue was that a lot of the outlets in the room either didn't work or were loose. Reception was helpful with check in, parking, and taxi bookings
Daria, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Hôtel ok but horrible parking
Good location and good view, only disappointed part is the parking , the hotel’s parking was full so had to pay 25$ for another parking that was almost 1KM away , and it was complicated to find it, we got the wrong parking and almost couldn’t get out when we left , the notel staff was nice but valet service horrible. If it is not for the view and to be close to the restaurant Ciel I wouldn’t not stay here at all.

4 Nights Stay At Xmas
Pros: - great location, 10 mins walk to downtown, - excellent brunch at Ciel Bistro Bar which has a 360 rotating view at reasonable price - underground parking but not free Cons: - close to zero internet connection in guest room - hotel room is outdated (closet door falling apart) with minimal amenities (no safe, cheapest coffee maker) - cleaning lady left an envelope in the room for tipping - only 2 charging station. We couldn’t charge our tesla due to parking spot too narrow
Wendy, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible customer service.
Tried to change the reservation and hotel was not responsive and not helpful at all. As a result we got charged for a reservation we didn’t even use. Asked the manage to call and never got a call back either. Will never use this hotel again.
Mario, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Expected better.
Aside from the room floors (no more carpet), rooms and hotel need a face lift. Old furniture, likely from the 80’s. Rooms limited sound proof. Disappointing.
Guy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible service, terrible maintenance - avoid!
The place is a dump. Our room had water damage/mold, one of the elevators was broken, one of the hot tubs was broken, and the room did not include all the listed appliances. Staff was virtually non-existent. The front desk is always empty - you have to beg / scream / look around for someone to help you. The staff just stands behind the back divider and chats and plays on their phones. This is terrible considering this is an expensive downtown hotel.
Philip, 2-night trip
