"Great location to train station. Super clean. Wonderful service from staff. Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee in the room was not special. Free coffee in the lobby would be a better offer. Would use this hotel again but check the bed first "

"When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly."

"Customer service is excellent. Reception was very patient with my poor German language skills and switched over to English to make things easier for me. Provided all the information I needed about the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel is basic but clean and well maintained. I would stay there again and will recommend Travel24 to my friends."
