"The wellness centre surpassed our already high expectations. The newly refurbished rooms are great, well thought through. Food and drinks were top notch as well. But the amazing lake views are only from the the few top floors, if you are fortunate to get them. The staff were another positive surprise, very professinal both at the hotel and in the nearby Koliba Patria (this is not so common in Slovakia hence the praise!)"

"Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. "Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "

"Vila Mery was a very comfortable place complete with a restaurant and a spa. We added an additional night and had to change rooms. Both were great! The owner was great at check-in. It was a little farther walk to town than I had believed, but that was OK too"

"It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....

"Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street."

"I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....

"We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot.
