Wonderful Stay in Los Barilles!
The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances and cook top stove. We enjoyed some meals in, and dinner out at many great restaurants in town. Murphy bed and pull out couch for sleeping. The view out to ocean was lovely, and the property and grounds were well maintained. Easy to walk to town for groceries, and restaurants and quad rental if you like. Communication with Chris was easy and he was available to answer questions we had. Pedro at the property was helpful with information. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again. Thank-you for having us.

Trip to Los Bariles
The unit, beach, and building are beautiful. My only issue was the unit is listed as a 1 bedroom. It is not. It is a studio. The bed is in the living room.

Lovely Beach Resort
Great location. Relaxing spot. Good food at the restaurant. Friendly staff. There was a tv but no cable or satellite just a DVD player that stopped before the end of the show. Advertised 1bedroom but was a studio. The sofa bed was terrible, a 2” foam mattress that no one could get a good sleep on. Safe was locked so couldn’t use it. The shower was in need of repairs. One shower head was rusted out and water pouring out from the connection the other shower control came right off the wall. No drinkable water, had to go buy some. Screen door was in need of repair. No oven, just a small cooktop. Terrible musty smell in the room. Needed airing out, maybe a scented candle or fabreeze air freshener would have helped. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to our emails. Other than that it’s lovely

Excellent location, great value, extra clean
You will not find a better beach front unit for the money in Los Barilles. Well kept, excellent amenities, perfect downtown location.

First time in Casa del Sol in Los Barilles
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday together. The condo was clean and well organized. My frustrations in this particular condo was first the WiFi (never worked), we used the Poolside wifi and the hotel lobby wifi, second was the cooking knives, (a hammer would have been more sharp), especially annoying as my brother is an Executive Chef and we really went all-out with our meals using the delicious fish we caught. I felt that the condo was over priced as the view involves the back of a restaurant. All in all I give it a 7 out of ten.

Great ground floor unit
