My partner and I stayed one night for business. It was pleasant. The room was huge (2-Q size beds).

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very close to several great restaurant's and a mall. A 5 minute drive to the Reno-Sparks convention center. I will diffently stay here again when I return to Reno.

The hotel was very nice but I just wish that they had security on duty because my neighbors were very rude playing music way paas 2am I call to the front desk and the staff told me she tried calling and knocking on the door but got kno answers so it was nothing she could do this mad my stay very unpleasant she was the only staff member at night which made me and her uncomfortable. I would hope that the CEO or Owners consider this message and hire more staff for night time and a security guard.

First time here, loved this hotel!

I like this hotel. It's centrally located and both the staff and the rooms are great. I love having a full kitchen (well almost full....no stove but who needs that on vacation?). The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I find myself referring to the hotel as "home" after a few days so I guess that says it all.

This was not the most comfortable stay staff never came in to clean the room never gave clean towels and when asked still dint clean toom or provide additional towels

Great stay. Will stay again.

Very clean, we enjoyed our stay

Upon check in, i inspected my room and all of the amenities offered. In doing so i looked in my shower and on the wall, and bench nside shower, there was blood smeared. I asked the hotel to please tske note and no one had offered me an apology. Nor did they clean it. In fact the hotel manager said it was the cleaning solution that they use. No it is not. i checked into that.
