Great property. Beautiful beach and pool. Easy access to the market. Easygoing staff

Four adults stayed comfortably in this conveniently located condo. A few minor hiccups that were attended to quite quickly by Miguel and Mario. Much appreciated. Condo has all amenities you need and is a quick walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. Rain prohibited outdoor activities, but no problem. The condo has many games to occupy your time. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Our condo was clean, and spacious. The beach was nice, but not great. Tons of seaweed, and some rocks. We did have some good snorkeling 2 days when the wind finally died down. And caught some nice fish, including a sailfish on a local charter. WiFi in the condo is poor, but I only wanted to check my emails anyways. However, the main reason for the low rating. Is the owners lack of communication. I had several messages in the leading months, that were answered very late. Or not at all. Furthermore, we found out several weeks before the trip that my wife was pregnant, and her doctors strongly recommended not traveling to Mexico. I emailed the owner about cancelling the trip. It took him multiple days to respond, then refused even a pro-rated refund. (Which is common practice with vacation rentals. Especially with a valid medical reason.) I couldn't find any reference to the cancellation policy we signed. Was just told, no. Best he could do was a credit for a later date. I ended up going without my wife since everything was non-refundable anyways.

Great place with a great location we really felt safe and secure this little community. restaurants, & entertainment & everything you need Is right there. There is really no need to go outside this small community. With this particular unit I would advise that you bring your own towels and washcloths from home. If walking is not your thing, a golf cart rental is also advisable. We went to the hotel @ the dive shop & spoke with a very kind gentleman name Andres would rented us one. However if you have any questions The unit manager Miguel will help you with all your needs. Will definitely visit again

We were very comfortable in the condo. Great location. Really well equipped kitchen. Need beach shoes to go in the ocean. Would love to stay again.

This condo is uniquely situated in the recreational enclave of Peurto Aventuras, an exclusive gated community where you will find all kinds of experiences: beautiful white sand beaches, two big marinas, golf course, tennis courts, aquatic activities, dolphin habitat, restaurants boutiques and shops—most just a short and safe stroll from the condo. The condo is clean and well equipped, just a few hundred feet from the beach. It features a balcony (pool view), zone air conditioning with thermostats, 2 private baths, washer/dryer and a nice kitchen. But, why cook? Great restaurants are just a few minutes walk and food is very reasonably priced. The owner, Kevin, provided a beautifully-detailed spreadsheet of nearby activities. You will never be at a loss for things to see, do and...eat. The condo provides kayaks at no charge. My tips: Rent a car (as little as $20/day). Cab from the airport $59-$79 one way, so renting a car just makes sense. And lots of attractions up to an hour drive away. Consider a day pass to one of the beautiful area resorts. We spent the day at Secrets Akumal Resorts for $120 (USD) per person, all-inclusive. However, the Omni just down the beach offers a day pass for $35 (USD), but credits back $25 for food and drink. More than enough to have a nice lunch and a couple of cocktails or beer at its beach. Must visit for a night out: Fifth Avenue (Avenida 5) in Playa Del Carmen is a busy 35 blocks lined with all kinds of shops, art and crafts galleries, cafes, restaurants, bars and street performers. It is blocked from traffic to create a wide pedestrian path. Do not hesitate to rent this beautiful and fairly priced property.
