Unìco Boutique Hotel d'Arte

Beautiful boutique hotel, with a really lovely pool and rooftop hot tub. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Only negative was that the toiletries provided when we arrived had already been used, and weren't replenished during our stay. Also the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom, so tricky when we were both trying to get ready. Otherwise it was lovely, would stay again!

Fantastic trip to an amazing hotel. From the extremely warm welcome on arrival from reception and their assistance in securing reservations for meals to the service at the pool and at breakfast, we cannot thank you enough. Absolutely loved our 4 nights there and would highly recommend. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff.

The staff and hotel is great..walking distance to the mondollo beach, the veiws from the hot tub on the roof aren't too bad.

After traveling for 30 hours we arrived at 9 pm. Marina was there waiting at the door for my mom and I. She greeted me with a kiss on the cheek and I new I chose the correct hotel for our stay in Sicily. Our bags were whisked away to our room before I even sat down to check in. Our room was amazing and had a great view of the sea. Each staff member were attentive, kind and so accommodating. The pool and patio area is what dreams are made of. The thing that sealed the deal was when Marina walked us over to our room and said welcome home. The hotel is impeccable. I couldn’t of asked for a better start to our holiday.

This property was a perfect getaway. Everything is thought through, down to the plants that perfectly block sounds from the street while not blocking your view. It was a wonderful, complete experience.

Fantastic stay, easily the best hotel in mondello beach. The hotel, facilities and staff were superb with so many extra features that makes this hotel standout - the rooftop hot tub with views across the bay at sunset being one that stands out!

Great small boutique hotel, right next to the sea, very clean, smart rooms, great infinity pool, fabulous friendly staff, car parking on site which is really needed, as it was a very busy beach / place.

We loved everything about the hotel it was beautiful, great location, our room had a balcony over looking the sea it was very clean and modern with some lovely contemporary art. The pool, jacuzzi and garden area were lovely. All the staff were great and couldn't do enough for you but it had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Mondello Bay is stunning. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Small new state of the art boutique hotel on the sea just outside Palermo... everything about this property is perfect... location.. amenities.. service.. surrounded by original professional artwork!..hated to leave
