I has spilled water on the floor and used a white wash rag to wipe it up and the are was so dirty on the floor it turned the white rag completely dirty brown. I had read on the amenities side before the room was booked, iron and ironing board and bkow dryer was in the room. We arrived about 8:30 pm and checked in, when we got to the room there was none of these items. The next morning we called the 500 number and was told there would be help at 10am. My day started at 8am and we had to attend our outing with wet hair and wrinkled clothing. When we arrived back to the room that night about 6pm to relax, the room above us at about 8pm was so loud. I did call the 500 number and complain about the noise. If it was a child running around, when a child or children visit. Shouldn't they be put on the 1st floor. The building is built poorly eith no insulation anywhere that matters. I travel there often and will not stay here again. O and the person who waited on us after we returned to our room on Thursday, she acted as though she was put out by giving me an iron and ironing board, hair dryers were all checked out.

Excellent, well priced, recently renovated/new rooms. Perfect for my trip. Microwave, fridge, and cooktop so one doesn’t have to eat out for every meal. Great stay!

Checking in and being asked to "Initial in three places, agreeing to our rules" seemed a bit heavy handed. But ok. The property is new, so the room furnishings were in good order, but I felt like I had checked into a Motel 6 with a kitchenette. I was reminded of that the next morning when I tried to use the hairdryer, and there was none. Not sure if it is due to Covid, or always that way. But getting out of the shower and realizing you have no way to dry your hair isn't fun. Especially when it is 40 degrees outside. Also, we checked in around 4pm, and in the time it took us to drop off our luggage in the room, and change clothes, the front desk closed down. When we came back down maybe ten minutes later the front desk had been shuttered- literally. (There is a roll down wooden door) And there was a note to call a number for service. I could see this for late night arrivals, but not at the prime time for folks to check in. Every time we walked by the front desk after we checked in, it was shuttered. Not a very welcoming place. It was about 60.00 less than other properties in the area, and was worth every penny. It was a clean place to sleep, but that's about it.

It was good super clean and comfortable will definitely be coming back.

We were not accomodated with late arrival even after I see that there’s “late arrival/checkin” procedure.

Staff had an attitude with guest. Had to ask to use yhe ironing board and iron for the facility

Always super Proffesional and friendly. Wish the housekeeping would not show up before checkout time and so early banging on the door and attempting to enter after mentioning we were in the room.

We get here after a long flight and just want to check in and go to bed... all the doors were locked and you could see the fornt desk was closed down with no signage on how to get checked in. i had to call the corporate number which took a while, have them patch a call through to the night manager to let us in

Excellent - staff are always kind and professional!! Clean and quiet motel. Love it
