엘리베이터가 카드인식이고 저층 고층 구분되어있는데 리셉션에서 한 번 엘리베이터 이용 안내가 필요한 부분 인것 같습니다. 카드터치후 둘 중 아무거나 탈 수 있기에 생각없이 탔다가 다시 내리고 하는 이용객을 자주 볼 수 있습니다. 직원교육이 필요한 부분 인 것 같습니다. 이것 외에는 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다.

我在 Google 上看到一些人反映某位女性服務人員的態度不好，結果一到現場就感受到了。沒有欠你什麼，不需要擺臭臉給我看。再加上整體感覺不像日系飯店，與其叫「東橫 INN」，改名成「江南 INN」可能還比較合適。 此外，浴巾有異味很醜，房間內沒有日系飯店應該有的除臭劑，早餐也不是日式，而是韓式，整體氛圍與日商飯店的印象相去甚遠。如果要使用這個品牌名稱，應該維持相應的品質，否則只會讓人失望。
