Magic Holiday Villas by ME

I would not recommend this property at all to stay at. With in the first hour of being there we found a bed bug in the bed. Took it to the front office and they moved ua to a different room. After getting the second room my remote for my firestock came up missing and took them 2 days to get fresh towels. Anytime we needed anything from housekeeping it was a chore to get. Housekeepers dont speak english at all and can not understand what you are asking for. Customer service was very rude.

Needs updating

Very quiet area didn’t look like too many people visit here , there are two pools one was a little dirty but the spa tub was clean and relaxing staff was friendly also had a bar type of thing by the pool where you could buy drinks overall the place was decent for the amount we paid nice place if you just want to stay in with peace and quiet and relax also there’s a walk-in closet (ladies) lol

First of all when I booked and initially reached out to the property via home away app messaging them to get no response. And I booked this property two weeks in advance. That should of threw up a red flag for me but I said let me keep and open mind. I was at this property for a total of 5 days. Three days in my room still wasn’t clean. I had to call the front desk for 2 days straight to get my room once while I was there for 5 days. And if you rent from this property don’t run out of towels in between the days they don’t come and clean. Unfortunately I had that experience I ran out of towels because they didn’t clean my room for 3 days. I tell you no lie I called for towels from the front desk and it took 90 minutes for me to get them. I called the front desk about 5 times within that period. Then I got in my car and drove around the property to guest services to finally get the towels myself! The service was horrible and the property is old and outdated with old carpets, beds, and appliances! Matter of fact our dishwasher top shelf was rusted out! Totally Unacceptable!

S'il y a un sofabed dans l'appartement et qu'on le spécifie, on s'attend donc à utiliser le sofabed. Mais le matelas était en piteux état. Malgré de nombreuses demandes pour le changer ou l'améliorer, rien n'a été fait et nous avons dû dormir par terre.
