Capella Otel

Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach das beste in dieser Stadt. Es ist sehr Familienfreundlich und der Service ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch unsere 3 Kinder fanden das Hotel Super. Die Einrichtung sowie die Sauberkeit waren auch in Ordnung. Ein Kinderbett war sehr dünn mein Sohn (2) hat es kaputt bekommen. Es wurde sofort ein neues gebracht. Das Personal war auch überaus Freundlich. Uns hat nur die Minibar gestört, denn sobald man die Minibar geöffnet hat kam ein schimmeliges Geruch hervor. Ansonsten ist alles einfach nur perfekt gewesen.

Clean and quite hotel with pleasant staff. Free parking is a plus.

This hotel went over the top for covid safety. The towels are left in plastic bags. For the incredible breakfast buffet you wear a pair of plastic gloves to take your food. I went down around 9:30. I couldn’t believe when I came back they were already in my room cleaning it down. I checked in later the day before. There wasn’t much to be cleaned. The room is spacious. Comfortable. Extremely clean. The men reception were lovely. The female needs work and could be friendly. She wouldn’t bother to help me since I speak English. Plus I’m also female solo traveller. My Turkish is still so little. But we should try. It’s never easy on either of us. I always praised Turkey on their hospitality. The women here had none. My first in all my cities I’ve visited in this super country. It’s my third visit. I’ve been here almost 2 months this tour. Trust me I know Turkey more then most locals. Other then that this hotel is an incredible stay for the area

Excellent modern clean accommodation with good facilities . Good location within a few minutes of train station and short walk ti tiwn centre

Located next to coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to a huge shopping centre, close to the tram line and train station. Delightfully large hotel room with a nice balcony. The staff are all happy and cheerful and efficient. The breakfast is good too, set in a comfortably large restaurant. My only negative comment is that my room was not cleaned until after 17.00 hours.

Everything was perfect, the only point, there was no activity for kids .

We stayed here for 3 nights with family in 2 rooms. Everyone was exceptionally happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the helpfulness of the staff and location was just perfect. We could walk to shopping, restaurants and had a parking lot when we returned. Turkish breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices including some pastry and fries! Would definitely recommend!

Nothing special, it is a typical one not more 4-star Hotel should have a swimming pool which we didn’t have this facility

It is very close to city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a new hotel and very clean.
