First & foremost; highly recommended to anyone. The location is in the city of Denver itself & not a suburb. It's in a nice quiet safe neighborhood within walking distance to pubic transport or a $10 Uber downtown. The place itself is exceptionally cozy & large for the price. Two bedrooms w/all the bells & whistles for this much is a true bargain. It's meticulously clean & has anything you think a man, woman or child might need & contrary to other VRBO's or hotels I've used, it actually feels like home. Robert is prompt & very attentive to your needs & is very polite. In short; this is the first place I will attempt to book the next time I return to Denver.

First of all Robert is a fantastic host. He met us at the house and helped with moving us in (very sweet). His apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is provided to make you feel at home. It's location is convenient for getting to anywhere in the Denver. I would absolutely recommend this property

This is a great launching pad for a single or couple who want to explore City Park, the Denver Science and Nature Museum and downtown Denver. The place is quiet, clean, well stocked and spotless. There's a mini kitchen with a sink, coffeemaker, refrigerator and a microwave. You wouldn't want to try any fancy cooking, but it works fine for simple meals - and Sprouts market is only about 1.5 miles away.

Property was very clean and exactly as described. The host was gracious, kindly left many snacks, good communication before arrival by email. Many towels, ample hot water, would not hesitate to stay again, No complaints; only difference between 4 and 5 stars is that I do not prefer basements, but wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

We loved our time at this place. The owner, Robert, was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were taken care of. The place is perfect for a couple, young family, or individual looking to spend time in Denver. While a basement place, we never really heard Robert or his family. Perfect location for most anything you'd want to do in Denver. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the property, and we'll be back. Robert is an incredibly responsive host and goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. I've stayed at over a dozen properties through VRBO, and many hosts could learn something from Robert - from maintaining a property to communication/care for the guest. The property is just as described, and clean. The location is excellent and central to many attractions within the city. If you're looking for a place for a weekend in Denver, or simply need a place for the evening, this is the perfect spot.
